Stunning. That's the only word to describe this one. Yes, it's not carbon, and it may not be the lightest or greatest out there, but if you are emotionally fulfilled, then the rest of the journey is easier. But it's sufficiently light, definitely lighter than the cheaper carbon ones I've bought online. It doesn't flex like many carbon ones do, giving a tremendous sense of stability. I don't expect perfection, and nobody should, but that's my opinion. This is an A+. Will possibly buy more for rest in the family.
Received 2 of the knives i ordered and someone must have stole the 3rd from my mailbox. I had no idea but it said it was delivered. I contacted customer service and without asking for a replacement, expecting to just take the loss because it is not their fault someone stole it, they offered and shipped another one right away. Best customer service and knives out there!
