All returns must have prior approval from Kaviso, or they will be rejected and returned to sender.

FAQs 

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, drop us a line at support@kaviso.com with your order number.  We will send you a pre-paid return label as a PDF, which you will print and place onto the return package.

When will I receive my refund?

Upon receiving your return, we inspect them and then refund you within 48 hours on average.  After the return has been approved, credit card refunds can take up to 5-7 business days for your bank to process. For those customers receiving a store credit, the refund will be issued immediately in the form of a coupon code delivered to the email address on the original order.

I received an item as a gift, can I return it?

Yes, we can either refund the order to the original payment method or provide an equal credit to be used at Kaviso.com. 

Full Return Policy

Returns are accepted for thirty (30) days from the date the order is received. Free return shipping is offered to domestic customers exchanging for a different size or item; and customers who wish to received a refund via store credit.

Defective product returns are accepted for a period of thirty (30) days from the date the order is received, with free domestic return shipping.

Non-defective returns received in used, worn, damaged, missing parts/accessories/packaging, or misrepresented in any way will be rejected and returned to the customer. Kaviso reserves the right to reject any return previously authorized if received in unacceptable condition, and Kaviso will solely determine if and when to apply refunds to customer returns. Re-stocking fees may apply for items which cannot be sold in new condition. 

International returns

  • Duties, Taxes, VAT, and Brokerage fees paid at import cannot be refunded. 
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping to Kaviso, LLC in the United States. 
  • International Shipping Charges cannot be refunded
