How we ship things depends on where you are and what you've ordered. Most stuff goes out with UPS Ground, but some might take the USPS route, or even USPS Priority – we mix it up to get your items to you in the best way possible!

If you haven't received your tracking notification, Kaviso can assist you in updating your shipping method. Simply use our Contact Us form and select 'Edit / Change an Order'. We'll send you an invoice for any additional shipping charges, and once paid, we'll promptly ship your order with the new method. Please note that there may be time delays between receiving the invoice, payment, and shipping (especially if you are in a different time zone than our EST zone).

If you're concerned about missing a cutoff date, consider using our Contact Us form to request a cancellation of your original order (as long as you haven't received tracking information).

This will prevent the order from leaving our facility. Once you submit the form, feel free to place a new order with your desired expedited shipping service selected. Kaviso will then handle the cancellation and refund process for your original order. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Tracking updates vary between carriers, and especially during the bustling holiday season, the first tracking update might experience a delay. When your package leaves our facility with UPS or USPS, it heads to their facility for eventual scanning. Depending on your chosen shipping method, like our priority option, carriers might fast-track the package to a specific facility, causing the initial scan to be a bit delayed.

In such cases, your package could leave our Columbus, OH facility and not register any tracking updates for about 24 hours, only to suddenly appear in a different state. This scenario is not uncommon. Rest assured, if you've got a tracking number, your package almost always set off from our building on that very same day.

At Kaviso, we want to be upfront – it's highly improbable that we have more info about your package than you do. If you encounter a legitimate error message from the carrier, we're more than willing to assist and, if necessary, arrange a replacement package. However, when it comes to sluggish tracking updates from the carrier, Kaviso regrettably can't provide any additional information beyond what you already see.
